Veselin Jevrosimović
President, Chief Executive Officer, ComTrade Group
Veselin Jevrosimović is the President and majority owner of ComTrade Group.

Mr. Jevrosimovic holds Bachelor Degree in Management, University of Florida. He is a former state representative in athletics and was Pole Vault Jump Champion in the frame of University league. In 1986 he entered IT business when he became a co-owner of an IT distribution company in Germany. From 1991 through 1996 he was partner at CHS Electronics, world's second biggest IT distributor at the time with US$ 12 billion yearly turnover. At 1996 he sold his CHS shares and moved on to form ComTrade Group.

From that moment on, Mr. Jevrosimović’s and ComTrade Group’s accomplishments were recognized by numerous industry awards that confirmed his business success. He was awarded Manager of South Eastern Europe, IT Industry Legend (Monte Carlo), East Europe International Investor and Honored Citizen of the City of Boston awards. His activism in charity organizations, numerous interests (new technologies, sailing, athletics, and robotics) and business success have brought both Mr. Jevrosimovic and ComTrade Group recognition in the industry circles worldwide.

Terry T.Curtis
Chief Financial Officer, ComTrade Group
Terry Curtis is a “C-Level” Finance Exec with a diverse set of skills & industry knowledge complimented by his operations & IT experience. His career path and proven mettle has prepared him as a strategist & business leader as well as an International oriented CFO.

Terry has a proven track record in implementing the appropriate & balanced level of financial, reporting, business processes and procedures. He has extensive experience in company restructures, start-up, acquisitions, and high growth environments.

Core competencies lie in strategic & financial planning, reporting and control, but has strengthened this skill through broader responsibilities including operations, IT & Divisional GM roles. As a finance exec, he successfully oversaw M&A activity in emerging markets as well as W. Europe and Asia CFO, roles include a $1 billion Japanese JV of IAC Corp, Liberty Global Inc. & Sumitomo Corp., HSE24.de a $400 million subsidiary of IAC / HSN Corp., as well as Sr. VP Finance Home Shopping Network – Int’l. He also held several roles while at the Timberland company, including Sr. VP – Strategy and Sr. Director – Internal Audit . Terry holds an MBA from Boston University and a BSBA in Finance/Economics from Suffolk University.


Bogdan Nikitović
Sales and business development director, Distribution Business Unit / also in position of GM, CT computers Serbia
Mr. Nikitović has been active in the field of advanced technology since he graduated from Faculty of Electro Technical Sciences in Belgrade, Serbia. After five years spent working in the scientific institution, he entered IT business as one of the pioneers with his own company in 1993. 10 successful years later, he took over a position of General Manager of Imtel Computers, a job he performed from 2003 – 2005.

In July 2005, Mr. Nikitović joined CT Computers in capacity of Executive Manager. Exactly a year later, in July 2006, he was promoted to position of CT Computers General Manager, assuming responsibility for the largest and most profitable single company within ComTrade system. Under his supervision, the company flourished and reached record values regarding all relevant financial parameters. Bogdan Nikitović is married, with 2 children.


Časlav Grujički
Vice president, ComTrade Group / also in position of Sales and business development director
Mr. Grujički graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Sciences of Belgrade University. He joined ComTrade Group in 2000, and worked as Xerox product manager for the first two years. He then became Sales Manager of CT Computers and in 2003 he moved to the position of General Manager of the same company.

In 2006, Mr. Grujički was promoted to the position of VP for Distribution of ComTrade Group, leading the wide expansion of the Group into new markets. Married father of two, speaks English and Serbian, wind-surfs.

Gregor Smrekar
Vice president, ComTrade Group, development and engeneering
Mr. Smrekar came on board of the management team of ComTrade Group after acquisition of HERMES SoftLab in 2008. He joined HERMES SoftLab straight out of school, starting as software developer and designer in 1991. He graduated from Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of Ljubljana in 1995. During his long career in the company, he went through a number of successive important positions, such as Project Manager, R&D Program Manager and Manager for quality of business units.

In 2003, he became Director of Service Delivery, responsible for work of 450 software engineers. He crowned his two decades of work in 2008 when he took on a role of HERMES SoftLab GM and VP of ComTrade Group.

Ljubomir Ristić
Chief Marketing Officer, ComTrade Group
Mr. Ristić graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade. Prior to joining ComTrade in 1997, he worked in several advertising agencies, even winning Epica Grand Prix as art director. He helped build ComTrade brand and steered the image of the Group towards innovative IT company.

Mr. Ristic is member of several business associations, married father of two, and a passionate tennis player.

Srećko Miodragović
Chief Information Officer, ComTrade Group
Mr. Miodragović started as a HP product manager in 2002, but in 2005 he was promoted as an assistant to the General Manager of ComTrade Group in charge for Business Development. Next year, Mr. Miodragović was trusted with the role of General Manager of CT Retail, an IT retailing chain owned by ComTrade Group. He took his knowledge and more than 14 years experience in IT industry to another level in 2010, when he assumed his current job as ComTrade Group’s Chief Information Officer.
Srećko Miodragović is married, speaks English and Serbian, and likes jogging.

Gordana Simić
Chief Legal Officer, ComTrade Group
Ms. Simic is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Belgrade University and holds a Master’s degree in foreign trade contracts.

Prior to joining ComTrade group in 2004, she worked in various industries within legal, managerial, tax and export-import areas. During her career at ComTrade, she managed the most challenging company assignments such as reorganization of the company, partnership with UniCredit and acquisition of Hermes SoftLab.

Ira Antonić
HR Director, ComTrade Group
Ira Antonic brings over 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management to ComTrade Group. She worked as an HR professional in various industries, including banking, retail, pharmaceuticals and now IT, with assignments in the UK, Japan and the US.

Ms. Antonic holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from London School of Economics, London UK and a BA degree in Japanese language and literature from Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic .
